Forever Shines will happily accept returned items that we have sold to resellers that have defects or damage within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will only accept for exchange items within that same time period for exchange of equal value or credit towards purchase of one of greater value in the future.

To arrange for a return or exchange, please call or email Forever Shines Customer Service Department at return@forevershines.org to obtain an RMA Authorization Number to place on the outside of the box.
To issue the RMA Number, we will need the following:

• Account Name and Contact
• Address and Telephone
• Merchandise Title and Item Number
• Quantity
• Reason for Return

* All return must be either defected or damaged by improper shipping methods.

*All return for exchange must be in brand-new in its original packaging and free from markings.
